. To establish formulate and evaluate policies

. Monitors the District’s progress in attaining it’s Goal and Objectives by pursuing its Mission
II.Office of the General Manager
Shall have full supervision and control of the maintenance and operation Of the District facilities, with power and authority to appoint all personnel of the District
III. Division
Administrative General Services Division
- Responsible in the hiring of new personnel based on the merit and monitoring
- Responsible in the procurement, of stocks, acceptance of fitness,
- Implements CSC rules and regulations as well as BWD policies on personnel systems.
- provide employees training, seminars in order to develop their skills, talents and values that will enhance quality life and public service
- deliveries and releasing materials duly supported by proper documents
- Responsible in the maintenance and cleanliness of the District Office.
Finance/Commercial Division
- Responsible in the financial management and control cash property and supply management.
- Responsible in the customer services, billing and collection of the payments of WB and maintaining of customer records and account.

Technical Division
- Responsible in the activities relating to leak repairs, installation of new water service connection, relocation of water meter or tapping, replacement of non-functioning water meters, disconnections, concrete cutting and breaking, and restoration works.
