Upholding the commitment to deliver sufficient and quality water supply, the Bulan Water District acquired the lot at Brgy. Dolos surrounding the Maribok Spring in compliance to the proposed declaration Mini Watershed.

The Sangguniang Bayan of LGU Bulan has approved the Resolution No.070 S. of 2019 or the Declaration of the Lot of the Bulan Water District at Maribok Spring, Bulan, Sorsogon as protected Mini Watershed area per BWD Resolution No. 09 and No.08 S. of 2019 Code 20.

Watershed provides a vital role in water generation for local and irrigation purposes. It can generate employment opportunities and source of livelihood and can be developed into eco-park for local tourism programs.

The Local Government Unit of Bulan strongly supports the endeavor Bulan Water District to provide enough water supply services for the people of Bulan.
