This is a GAD Program under Resolution No. dated, providing opportunity to the Single-Parents of Bulan to avail a Staggered Payment Arrangement to acquire water service connection.
Qualification: Brgy. Clearance stating that you are a Single Parent for reasons such as (Widow, Separated), Interview with the BWD GFPS
Requirements:
Appearance at the Seminar on New Connection (Every Friday 1:00 PM)
Duly Complied Application Form (Acquired at the BWD Front line Service)
Interview with the GFPS Officer
Inspection of Water Service Location from Mainline to Concessionaires Premises
Payment and Corresponding Official Receipt
Photocopy of Community Tax Receipt (CEDULA)
Baranggay Clearance
Staggered Payment Arrangement:
Total New Connection Fees : Depends upon the Inspection
Down Payment: Php 1,600.00
Remaining Balance: Payment within 6 Months together with Monthly Service Fee (Water Bill)

Down Payment:1600.00

Remaining Bal: 6400.00/6 Months

SPA: 1066.67 per Month

Monthly Fees:1066.67 + Water Bill
